Made in USA is important, but so is USA owned. US Stuff doesn't know of any American owned, USA made/assembled TVs. The book, How Americans Can Buy American (howtobuyamerican.com) says Bell & Howell, Admiral & Signature 2000 brand TVs are American owned, sold at American owned Montgomery Wards, but are all made overseas. Other American owned brands are Alaron, Emerson, GE, Realistic, Sears and Soundesign.
